Sign the petition: No exceptions to the minimum wage!

It’s time for Oregon to raise the minimum wage. No one should work full time and live in poverty.

My bottom line? A minimum wage is the minimum wage – no exceptions, no exemptions, nobody gets left behind.

Here’s the breaking news: Even as we have a growing consensus in the legislature that it’s time to raise the minimum wage, some business interests are demanding exceptions and exemptions – a lower minimum wage for young adults, a training wage that lasts for months, and even a sub-minimum wage for people without a high school degree.

Imagine a young mom that wasn’t able to finish high school.

Imagine a homeless teen – kicked out because of their sexual orientation – trying to afford an apartment.

Imagine an immigrant or refugee – here to make a better life, but without the diploma that proves they have an education.

Sign the petition: tell the legislature to increase Oregon’s minimum wage for all workers!

We can’t leave any workers behind.
